Dr. Gábor Őrlős (dr. Gabriel) discovered, codified, and documented the path to experiencing reality in his book titled Reality.

He was born in Szolnok, Hungary, on October 3, 1971. Professionally, he is a lawyer, but he has also attained the highest ranks and hierarchies in spiritual existence, becoming a high priest, master, and leader of various spiritual traditions and churches. However, considering them mere formalities, he never endorsed these spiritual titles or labels. Growing up in a family of lawyers, he faced expectations to follow a legal career due to family pressure. However, he showed little interest in conventional pursuits from a young age. He aspired to become a priest, healer, or psychologist. From a young age, he was primarily interested in Eastern traditions, major religions, and their practices. Rather than reading children's novels, he studied yoga practices and principles with unusual enthusiasm. On his tenth birthday, he requested and received ’Light of the East’ from his mother, Ildikó Szentgyörgyi. He initially studied psychology at university, then continued with social sciences, focusing on the lives and works of spiritual masters and philosophers from earlier times Later, after completing his studies in law and economics, he encountered Mária Szepes during a difficult period. It was then that he was introduced to hermeticism and characterology. His first mentor guided him towards Buddhist traditions, prompting him to further his studies at a Buddhist university, where he immersed himself in both Buddhist and Hindu traditions. (Later, he often mentioned that the knowledge gained from all universities combined paled in comparison to the experience of Reality).

In his thirties, Western medicine diagnosed him with a serious, incurable illness, prompting him to deeply study alternative healing methods, including holistic Eastern therapies. Later, he earned a degree in these alternative healing systems and achieved "master" levels in these fields. Through the use of Eastern holistic therapies, he regained his health.
In addition to a successful legal practice, he became a priest and "guru" of several systems and spiritual paths, dedicating himself to the mission of helping others. This marked the beginning of his therapeutic phase, during which an increasing number of people sought his guidance to regain their health. Later, he recognized that helping others was more effective in group settings, which led to the start of his "teacher" phase in life.

He attended lectures by numerous spiritual leaders and explored, experienced, and followed the teachings of major spiritual systems. Following a calling, he developed himself within the walls of a monastery in the high Himalayas, seeking the common roots of the world's great traditions.
During this time, he collected practices from ancient traditions, including ancient Hungarian religions and belief systems, Patanjali or 8 limbs yoga, qigong, tai chi, kung fu, Chinese methods, and Taoist practices.

He frequently referenced the existence of ancient knowledge from which all belief systems originated. He believed humanity was ready to evolve from belief systems to wisdom.
According to him, true knowledge can only be regained through direct experience, as any knowledge taught or written by others is merely acquired information.
This led to the publication of his first book, titled "Seed," which suggests that every person has a "seed" of knowledge within them that needs to be nurtured to understand life.
In his forties, based on his inner experiences, he transcended the paths he had previously followed and, according to his account, experienced "Reality," which he believed could only be achieved by abandoning learnt patterns rather than accumulating information. As a result, he published his second book, "Meditate with Me," which aimed to offer practical knowledge rather than theoretical information to truth seekers.

He argued that materialist systems are driven by money, religious systems by money, faith, and desires, and spiritual systems by accumulating and distributing more information and money, historically and presently.

According to his viewpoint, followers of most systems aspire to become someone or achieve something, leading to perpetual dissatisfaction and a constant longing for what they do not have—be it more money, stronger faith, or greater knowledge.

In his fifties, he developed the Reality Way, which is not a philosophy, religion, or spiritual path, but an experiential path that incorporates all these elements.
In 2023, he published the Codex, known as the Codex of Reality, described as a practice for "self-realization." According to the Codex, Reality cannot be bought, sold, or taught because it inherently belongs to everyone. Therefore, his goal is to make Reality accessible to all, ensuring that money does not stand between the seeker and their path to self-realization.
