Reality Way

Reality is a life path first articulated and systematized by Dr. Gábor Őrlős.(dr. Gabriel) Through practices and experiences, an individual can achieve a state of grace known as "self-realization," or Reality. Various names in older spiritual traditions have referred to this state. The system of Reality transcends contemporary scientific, philosophical, religious, and spiritual systems while acknowledging and integrating elements of all these systems.

The foundation of this system is the Reality Codex, first published in 2023 in Hungarian and then in English. The Codex provides a simple, practical guide to the process of "self-realization," wherein individuals can perceive themselves, the external world, and the purpose of earthly life in reality. According to followers, the perception of Reality can instantly provide real answers to the most challenging questions of Earthly life, such as who we are, where we are going, what our purpose is, and whether there is a God, and if so, where.

According to the Codex, when individuals can let go of programs, learnt patterns, belief systems, judgments, and labels, and observe existence with a clear mind, Reality can manifest again. In this state, conflicts, wars, arguments, and diseases—created only by human illusion—cease to exist.

The fundamental principle is that everyone is entitled to basic and ultimate experiential knowledge, which cannot be bought, sold, or acquired as a product. This knowledge was not created by Human Beings and does not belong to anyone, yet it lives within everyone. The path to experiencing it involves a single practice: understanding through attention, getting to know, dissolving, and letting go of what is not reality. In human life, a person undergoes seven tasks or trials while purifying their levels and mind.

The Codex views humanity's previous paths—materialist-scientific, religious, and spiritual—as contributing to its current state. Each path's followers constantly seek more: materialists desire more money, religious believers seek greater goodness or divine experiences, and spiritual practitioners crave additional information, practices, or enlightenment. Most of these systems have commercialized information, turning it into a product sold for compensation and creating extensive commercial networks.  
The Codex aims to reach everyone on Earth without cost, providing information-based teachings and practical experiential knowledge. This knowledge is accessible to everyone by following the steps outlined in the Codex.

The individual is an integral part of Reality and, as part of the infinite Reality, is themselves infinite and thus immortal. To experience earthly life, one has a body and a mind composed of various levels, and the purpose of life is to experience it until achieving total self-realization.
According to the Codex, most earthly diseases, passions, wars, sufferings, and dependencies arise from a lack of experience of Reality, and they will naturally dissipate through experiential realization.Reality patiently awaits everyone who, through practice, can achieve a state of consciousness free from programs, belief systems, information, and judgments. In this state, as guided by the Codex, the highest attainable joy and love on Earth will manifest.
